The Poughkeepsie Kettlebell Boot Camp is a unique fitness experience that will combine kettlebells and old fashioned body-weight calisthenics into an easy to follow program guaranteed to breathe new life into your training and rapidly shed unwanted body fat.
 
Are there cheaper ways to work out? Absolutely. But remember you get what you pay for. You can be the cheapest or you can be the best. I choose to be the best.
 
 
Can you get a gym membership for less than the cost of boot camp? Probably. But before you do that remember:
