Rich Kocher RKC II is now accepting online clients. How does it work? I take the guesswork out of your training.
 
 I take alot of pride in my own training as well as my clients! I am the type of person who sets goals and then accomplishes them in the fastest time possible. I also get results for myself and my clients. If i take you on as an online client, now your goals become my goals. and you accomplishing them is my goal. And I am someone who accomplishes his goals. In order to this right I am only accepting a few online clients. So don't miss out and contact me quick.
 
 In person training is ideal and my favorite. But for some budget and or geographic(travel) issues can be the issue. For you the on line training is ideal. You tell me what you want to accomplish. I help you get there. Your goal could be strength, fat loss, conditioning, technique  refinement, how to get better at a certain lift, mobility, move better, or a host of other things. It really depends on you!
 
If you have a goal you have not been able to accomplish on your own-hire a coach. I do this all the time for my personal training clients. We set their goal, motivate them, set out an action plan, see how much time they have to devote to it, and what is the time line they have to achieve the goal. We assess and reassess the situation constantly and dont stop until the goal is achieved. Basically we get Results. I have helped countless people achieve goals they thought they would never reach, had forgotten, or given up on. Goals which on their own could not seem to reach. Got them out of their rut. Showed them how to do things they thought they never could. Changed their lives.

Product details

We have weekly conference calls, You will video record certain drills when I want to see them and the technique. I will send you videos explaining the drills. I will weekly prepare your training as well as diet.

My training fee is not cheap, but affordable. $100 dollars a month, $275 for three months, and $525 for six months. I have seen people waste more money than this on alot less important things then themselves. Waste money on gym memberships without ever going and getting No results and zero progress. I get results. I will coach and motivate you through email, conference, calls and video.
